Each can has between 35-45 calories and 5-11g of carbs.
-
We sweeten each can naturally with without stevia or monkfruit. Each can has less than 9 grams of sugar, and there are no added sugars.
-
Droplet is pasteurized and shelf-stable for a year.
As we developed our flavors we learned that there are many regulations and classifications around organic labeling that are untruthful— however, Droplet does include organic ingredients, labeled clearly on each can with an asterisk (*).
-
Droplet IS vegan! This means Beyoncé can have a can.
-
We use fresh fruit juice purées each of our flavors, which means that there is a little pulp and a very small amount of fiber in each can. Additionally, Droplet has no artificial flavorings, no added sugars, and no artificial sweeteners. Though we’ve done our best to keep our formulas as down to earth as possible, we’ll leave it up to you and your dietary needs to decide whether or not Droplet is a fit for your paleo diet.
-
Depends on your own intake of carbohydrates and sugars! Each can has less than 10 carbs, so be sure to take a look at each label for its carbohydrate value and take that into consideration when trying to maintain a keto diet.
-
Consult with your health care professional before consuming while pregnant or breastfeeding.
-
Droplet does not contain any of the main allergen groups. However, if you have an allergy to certain fruits, check the Droplet label to make sure you're in the clear.
-
Yes! We chose cans after learning they were most often recycled out of all the drink packaging choices out there. We also created artwork that we felt was beautiful and worth saving. These cans can be repurposed and upcycled into planters, pencil holders, so get creative! If you do decide to repurpose your Droplet can, send us a picture and tag @drinkdroplet and #sparklebetter.

Our ingredients are super simple— just what's in each flavor, maybe some coconut nectar, and nothing else. Click here for a full list of ingredients and nutritional facts.
Adaptogens + Superfoods
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are non-toxic herbs and botanicals that help the body regulate its response to stress. To be considered an adaptogen, the plant must first meet the following three criteria:
- Adaptogens must be non-specific and must assist the human body in resisting a wide range of adverse conditions, such as physical, chemical or biological stress. These may include environmental pollution, climate change, radiation, infectious diseases, and interpersonal disharmony.
- Second, adaptogens must maintain homeostasis in humans, that is, these substances can offset or resist physical disorders caused by external stress.
- Third, adaptogens must not harm the normal functions of the human body.
At Droplet we only work with adaptogens that are well-studied, like ashwagandha, rhodiola, and reishi mushroom.
-
Botanicals are, simply put, plants. In the world of herbs and botanicals, this may mean roots, leaves, stems, and or liquid extracts, powders, and oils made from these plant materials. Plant-based medicine is the oldest known form of healing.
-
Certain adaptogens have been used in traditional herbal medicine to help mothers— but in any and all cases, check with your physician before consuming during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
-
Consult with your pediatrician for safety guidelines when introducing children to new foods and herbal supplements. Though adaptogens are plant-based and generally considered non-toxic, it's always better to be on the safe side with children, especially those under 5. It is not our intention to market Droplet products for the consumption of children.
-
Some adaptogens are like coffee, you may feel the effects immediately as your body metabolizes them. Others might take days or a couple weeks of consistent intake for the full desired effect. Many are effective in daily amounts as small as 1/8 of a teaspoon! Though they can be taken long term, it's also good practice to take a break once every few weeks to reset. A key qualifier for an adaptogen is that it is non-toxic— which means it should do no harm. Droplet is formulated with safe amounts of adaptogens for daily consumption. Consult a health care professional if you have questions regarding adaptogens and your current health plan.
