We’re back (finally!!) and starting off with some mini (but mindful!) meditations. As we kick off a new year and a new season of NLY, I wanted to dive into some tried and true life hacks and share them with you, starting with meditation. What’s great about it? It requires nothing except you, wherever you are. A little bit of breathing, a lot of awareness, and even you can start to enjoy sitting with your thoughts, even when it was the last thing you thought you’d ever have the patience for. This first set of guided meditations are quick (you know me, the picture of efficiency)— but built to show you how an awareness practice can become part of your waking life. When you’re walking, daydreaming, just reminiscing— there’s always an opportunity to focus inward and meditate.
